Your Responsibilities
As the Regional Manager you will:
- Lead TF Banks credit card business in Spain and Italy serving as the chief architect of our Southern European business strategy.
- Actively develop the business from the ground up ensuring profitable organic growth with a lean efficient structure.
- Build and nurture relationships with local partners regulators and key stakeholders.
- Recruit and manage a small highperforming local team scaling operations as the business grows.
- Be a key stakeholder for operational activities including compliance marketing and product development while utilizing grouplevel shared resources and external experts as needed.
- Drive market entry and scaling strategies for both Spain and Italy tailoring offerings to meet marketspecific consumer needs.
- Collaborate with TF Bank Groups leadership to execute projects share best practices and contribute to the companys overall success.
What Were Looking For
We are searching for a highly driven and entrepreneurial professional with the following qualifications:
- Experience in credit cards.
- A handson mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a startuplike environment.
- Proven track record in building and scaling businesses particularly in financial services.
- Solid understanding of the Spanish and Italian markets including regulatory landscapes credit risk and customer behavior.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development partnerships and team management.
- Fluency in English and at least one local language (Spanish or Italian) is required.
- Location: Mlaga (in office policy)
