Job Description
- Leading Coaching and Supporting the Front Office Team: foster a highperforming team culture to deliver exceptional guest service; in a high volume environment.
- Collaborating with Housekeeping Maintenance & Other Departments: ensure timely communication and resolution of guest needs.
- Oversee all aspects of the reservations process ensuring seamless guest experiences from initial inquiry to arrival.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in leadership positions in Front Office with added knowledge of Reservation Systems.
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems (Opera Cloud).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills in a high volume environment.
