Job Description
Our Performance Improvement team is growing rapidly so is looking for a motivated Manager. Were a closeknit team who likes to work hard but balances this with our personal lives.

This role reports to a Director and works alongside Partners with constant connections with clients and across the firm. You will enjoy:
- Genuine exposure to senior leaders you will provide support to the senior team members and will be relied on as a meaningful contributor.
- Market leading engagements we are brought in for complex engagements when significant value is at risk whether it is financial reputational or otherwise. Our clients are often at the most difficult crossroad in their history and this makes the work important interesting and educational.
- Meaningful work our engagements are highly commercial with an emphasis on developing impactful solutions to improve the bottom line and operations. As a team our bias is towards rapid decision making and is grounded in deep analysis and learnings from client interactions.
Qualifications :
As the ideal candidate for this role you will bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications along with 5 years of experience including time spent in professional services.
- A strong intellectual curiosity and commercial awareness with a keen interest in understanding how businesses operate from the inside.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and solving complex commercial issues with a keen eye for detail and a solid financial or operational skill set.
- Expertise in analysis financial modeling and report development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
- A willingness to travel interstate as needed.
