Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience on Core Banking Systems and sound experience either on IT companies or Financial Institutions.
- The candidate will work in a multicultural environment on Core Banking Implementation Projects and/or Banking related projects.
- Provide analytical expertise in identifying evaluating and documenting. system requirements and procedures that are costeffective and meet business objectives and user needs.
- Develop user requirements functional specifications technical specifications data models and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to client and delivery team members.
- Complete assigned work within the time specified and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.
- Work with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues.
- Work closely with project managers on core banking implementation projects.
- Responsible for the requirement gathering preparation of use case document business requirements document functional specification and functional test cases.
Qualifications :
Must have Skills: Spanish Core Banking.
Good To Have Skills: English
- Strong grasp on Banking and Should be able to work closely with clients operations and business teams and provide suggestions on everyday challenges.
- Must have completed a bachelors degree in IT or Business.
- Completed or undergoing a masters degree in business administration (MBA) or equivalent will be a plus.
- Experience in insurance domain will be an advantage.
- Ability to build and showcase intuitive elegant technologyenabled solutions to solve realworld challenges and create competitive advantage for our clients.
- Should be familiar with agile methodology and also to be able to use JIRA / Confluence tool to create and manage requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a global team.
- Spanish language is mandatory.
- Fluent English will be a plus.
- Demand for business consultant with good experience on core banking systems.
- The candidate should be a selfstarter with good documentation and analysis skills.
