We are on a mission to reimagine how we can better support our customers and employees when things dont go to plan. As the Product Manager for Disruption Communications you will be responsible for designing developing and leading the product strategy and roadmap for disruption communications for our employees who are crucial to deliver an exceptional customer experience during flight disruptions. You will work closely with our frontline teams operations technology and external vendors to define create and deliver communication improvements for our staff.
As part of this role you will define own and implement the employee disruption communication roadmap work with internal and external stakeholders to implement improvements across our technology platforms and drive improvements and consistency in our frontline communications. In addition this role will synthesize customer insights and humancentred design to drive product initiatives and enhancements that improve the portfolios overall product offering and customer satisfaction.
