Responsibilities:
Maintain records of processing activities involving personal data (data inventory)
Draft and review internal and external policies notices and procedures that are consistent with the data inventory
Conduct privacy impact assessments including DPIAs
Support the procurement function to ensure that thirdparty suppliers meet international privacy requirements
Determine the enterprises specific privacyrelated requirements and potential vulnerabilities
Manage data subject requests in close collaboration with HR and other business stakeholders
Monitor privacy risks develop corrective action plans for identified issues.
Provide training and create awareness around privacy for all employees.
Support investigations of privacy and security incidents and conduct data breach assessments
Develop and Implement metrics and reporting strategies to communicate risks successes and progress of the privacy program
Stay current on regulatory requirements and developments
Support and work together with data privacy champions in different jurisdictions
Review and negotiate data processing agreements
Ensure compliance with cross border data transfer requirements
Conduct privacy audits
Qualifications :
Knowledge skills and abilities required
Good knowledge of international privacy laws regulations and industry best practices
Knowledge of the privacy aspects of the product development life cycle data handling and asset classification and knowledge of the role of a privacy professional in ensuring that customer data is properly managed and protected.
Organized with strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to articulate the importance of data privacy to audiences who have varying levels of familiarity with the topic (up and down the management chain).
Familiarity with cloud computing online services web and enterprise applications and data analytics.
Knowledge of One Trust system is a plus
Credentials and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Law Business Administration Information Systems Cyber Security or a related discipline is required.
Experience as a Data Privacy Analyst Information Security Risk and Compliance Analyst or a similar role.
Experience developing and maintaining policies procedures standards and guidelines.
Familiarity with thirdparty assessments and cloud risk assessment methodologies.
Experience with GDPR and other privacy laws and frameworks
