You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an Administrator for Victim Services youll play a vital role in ensuring victims and witnesses of crime receive the timely and compassionate support they need. Youll be responsible for managing communications coordinating team activities and maintaining efficient administrative systems. Duties include monitoring the service inbox organising meetings processing data reports and liaising with volunteers to enhance service delivery. Youll also support case workers and ensure referrals are actioned promptly helping maintain Catch22s high standards of care and professionalism.
Qualifications :
Were looking for a proactive detailoriented individual with:
Desirable: Experience in minutetaking knowledge of data protection regulations and previous work in victim services or a similar role.

Contract: Full time permanent
Hours & work pattern: Standard office hours; flexible working available.
Salary: Up to 23575
Location: This role is based in Leicestershire.
