Job Description
Are you a dynamic selfstarter with a passion for creating impactful content Join our highenergy Marketing team and help shape the future of our ecommerce initiatives! Were looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to drive content creation for email marketing website optimization and ecommerce platforms like Amazon. If you love writing engaging content crafting effective campaigns and collaborating with a team this role is for you!
Hybrid Role
Youll work at our Fairfield OH headquarters 23 days/week to collaborate with the other marketing team members and from home on other days if desired (pending performance and business needs).
What Youll Do:
- Create Compelling Content: Develop email campaigns blog articles web pages and productrelated copy that captivates and informs our audience.
- Lead Email SMS Marketing: Craft persuasive resultsdriven email and texting campaigns to connect with our directtoconsumer audience.
- Optimize Website Performance: Use SEO tools like SEMrush and Keyword Planner to enhance content strategy and improve search rankings.
- Collaborate Across Teams/Agencies: Work closely with sales customer service leadership and the marketing team to understand our products services and customers. Youll also work with our external agencies to complete special projects and weekly workload.
- Research & Strategize: Dive deep into market research to uncover insights and trends tailoring content to resonate with our diverse life science audience.
- Measure Success: Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns web pages and other content based on datadriven insights.
What Were Looking For:
- Positive attitude is an absolute must. Were looking for someone happy to jump in and help with everything. Were a small team (youll be our 5th) with a lot to do!
- Exceptional writing skills with a flair for crafting engaging and clear marketing copy.
- A fast learner excited to learn new marketing tools and ready to dive into technical life sciences topics and making them accessible.
- Experience with SEO email marketing and digital content creation.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.

Qualifications :
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Google Analytics email marketing tools and website CMS (Wordpress) are a plus!
