Job Description

Were looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join Procores global product and technology organization as a groundbreaking leader. In this role they will develop and drive positioning packaging messaging and launch Procore products designed to revolutionize how construction is done and effectively differentiate Procore in the market. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will help formulate and communicate the strategic vision for how the Procore platform demonstrates value and ROI for construction professionals and will work with crossfunctional collaborators to ensure this vision is amplified across all channels. 

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with Product Management to develop a deep understanding of Procores products and platform. The team member will also collaborate with the global marketing organization to ensure effective planning communication and execution of the overall gotomarket  strategy. They will need to be technically oriented as well as an effective and inspiring storyteller.

This position reports to the VP Product Marketing and will be based in our Austin TX office. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.

What youll do:

  • Develop and own product positioning messaging and value propositions based on customer challenges that differentiate Procore in the marketplace.
  • Craft engaging audiencespecific content including case studies solution briefs web content presentations data sheets messaging documents pitch decks blogs and whitepapers that can be utilized globally.
  • Conduct ROI/TCO analysis and develop outcome based content to help customers make the business case for Procore.
  • Understand market trends customer requirements usage and buying behavior and the partner ecosystem to better identify market opportunities and customer demand for the Procore platform.
  • Define the gotomarket plays working closely with product sales and marketing counterparts to define the target audiences personas and messaging required to reach them effectively.
  • Effectively integrate Product Marketing requirements into the product lifecycle framework. 

What were looking for:

  • 8 years of experience in product marketing and related marketing functions in $1B B2B technology companies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple intuitive and inspiring communications.
  • Experience in building compelling portfolio platform and product level messaging and narratives to support the product strategy and related business objectives.  
  • Experience building trusted relationships with a broad network of product marketing and sales key stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting an Integrated GTM motion that includes sales channel and services partners strategic alliances and technology ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience building credibility and delivering results for product teams sales teams and customers.
  • Experience in the construction industry and or the contech landscape is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science marketing business or equivalent work experience; MBA is a plus.

Additional Information :

Base Pay Range $129600 $178200. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates jobrelated skills experience education or training and location.
