Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a BPO companythat is looking to recruit a German speaking Quality Associate to join their offices in Timisoara.
Position: Quality Associate
Location: Timioara Romania
Work model: Onsite
Employment type: Fulltime
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct regular quality audits and evaluations to maintain high standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings to review performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about process updates and communicate changes as necessary.
- Join calibration sessions to ensure alignment on quality standards.
- Handle transactions to support smooth operational flow.
- Generate and distribute quality reports dashboards and track improvement trends.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience while ensuring compliance.
- Contribute to the achievement of both short and longterm process goals.
- Ensure consistent achievement of quality and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in German (B2 or above) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English (B2) fluency.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality analysis or similar role within a service environment.
- Strong listening analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written with the ability to engage effectively with others.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.
