About The Role
Are you a handson leader passionate about driving sales performance and coaching teams to success We are looking for a Telesales Operations Manager to lead our outbound telesales operations in India selling Accor Plus loyalty subscription program through outbound telesales.
With operations across Bangalore Hyderabad Mumbai and Gurugram this is a handson operational leadership role where you will coach managers execute company strategy and adapt as needed to ensure sales leaders and teams are engaged motivated and exceeding revenue targets. You will report directly to the Vice President Operations and play a critical role in the growth of the Accor Plus program across India and Malaysia.
