Job Description
We are looking for experienced Team Leaders to join the team at The Savill Garden Kitchen Great Windsor Park.
Situated within The Savill Garden Visitor Centre Savill Kitchen includes a large and energetic restaurant and 3 cafes. We serve a seasonal menu with British classics from locally sourced ingredients in the restaurant as well as a range of freshly made sandwiches cakes and carbon neutral coffee in the cafes.
The venue is open 7 days per week mostly daytime. Shifts range from 8am to 6pm. The successful candidate will be required to work 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
Rate: 13.00 14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Shifts: 5 days out of 7 / Weekends
Contract: Full Time / Permanent
About the role:
- To oversee the daytoday operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
- To supervise manage and motivate the team
- To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
Please be aware that our venue is situated at a distance from public transportation which may pose a challenge for some applicants. While cycling or driving can offer more convenient access we encourage all applicants to consider their transportation options before applying.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
Proven track record of experience in a supervision role is required.
