This involves leading innovation in product development managing crossfunctional teams ensuring operational excellence and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Operations
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to end of service ensuring timely delivery.
Product Customer Validation Report: Lead customer validation processes to refine products and ensure alignment with user expectations.
Product Performance Management (P&L): Oversee product performance by monitoring P&L driving profitability and ensuring sustainable growth.
Qualifications :
Customer Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in aligning product innovation with customer needs delivering outstanding user satisfaction and engagement.
Product Portfolio: Extensive experience in managing complex global product portfolios with a focus on disruptive innovation and market differentiation.
Commercial: Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitable growth through strategic product management and business development.
Technical: Solid technical background with expertise in translating complex technical requirements into marketleading products.
Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading crossfunctional teams fostering collaboration and delivering results in a dynamic global environment.
