Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Commercial HVAC Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales excellent relationshipbuilding skills and a proven ability to generate and close business opportunities in the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors facility managers engineers and business owners.
  • Prepare and present proposals quotes and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering and project management to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay informed on industry trends competitor activities and emerging HVAC technologies.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet both company and customer objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems equipment and industry standards.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications and project documents.
  • Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Selfmotivated and able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
