We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Commercial HVAC Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales excellent relationshipbuilding skills and a proven ability to generate and close business opportunities in the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors facility managers engineers and business owners.
- Prepare and present proposals quotes and contracts to prospective clients.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering and project management to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends competitor activities and emerging HVAC technologies.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet both company and customer objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems equipment and industry standards.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications and project documents.
- Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
- Selfmotivated and able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
