In this role you will be responsible for
- Managing and developing existing (ecommerce) customer accounts.
- Acquiring new customers.
- Processing and handling orders.
- Actively distributing our exclusive brands.
- Handling complaints and customer inquiries.
- Calculating and preparing offers.
- Collaborating closely with the field sales team.
- Supporting Key Account Managers.
- Maintaining customer and product master data.
- Assisting in the digitalization of daily operations.
Qualifications :
You
- Completed commercial training e.g. wholesale and foreign trade.
- Independent solutionoriented and precise working style.
- are customeroriented approach and strong business acumen.
- are a team player with a handson mentality.
- Have high affinity for numbers strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
- Have Excellent communication skills in both German and English spoken and written.
- Have proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.
- Have market knowledge in the spirits sector is a plus.
