Client Data Solutions Specialist

Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager Data Consulting the Client Data Solutions Specialist will have a wide range of duties; all of which are in the spirit of ensuring customer success through the successful execution of the client data and onboarding. As part of Assents Data Consulting department the Client Data Solutions Specialist will play an integral role in managing client data and decisions in the Assent Platform. 

Key Requirements and Responsibilities

• Participate in Implementation kickoff to set data best practices and data workshop requirements
• Conduct data workshops;
• Transform reform and adapt client data to meet best practices;
• Conduct data consultation calls with account team members and clients;
• Hold a book of assigned accounts be responsible for knowledge related to these accounts
• Ensure timely communication and responsiveness to external and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with other PS departments to continually  improve and enhance processes
• Submit tickets for assigned accounts;
• Communicate directly with clients regarding progress status timelines and questions;
• Assist in Data Operations responsibilities when needed;
• Responsible for all tasks in regards to data;
• Communicate track and present KPIs/metrics issues and status to stakeholders;
• Analyze review and report on client data
• Consult client on best data practices
• Being a poweruser of Assent products;

Qualifications :

Your Knowledge Skills and Abilities

We strongly value your talent energy and passion. It will also be valuable to Assent if you have the following qualifications

• Bachelors Degree/Higher diploma from recognized learning institution in Information Systems/Computer Science;
• Minimum 34 years related work experience;
• Great verbal and written communication skills primarily in German
• Advanced Excel skills able to leverage all Excel functions to analyze and report complex datasets;
• Experience in integrations and API
• Excellent understanding of data management and analysis principles;
