Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies
- Manage fullcycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Design and execute employee engagement and development programs
- Conduct performance management and talent development initiatives
- Manage HR administrative processes and maintain employee records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support organizational growth through strategic HR planning
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare comprehensive reports
Requirements:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 12 years of progressive HR experience in startups creative or media agencies is preferred.
- Fair understanding and proven track record in recruitment talent management and HR best practices
- Experience in creating and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
- Excellent communication negotiation and soft interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR management software and MS suite
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Experience in performance management and employee development
