Job Description

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Supervisor!

As the Customer Service Supervisor youll lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Specialists ensuring exceptional service from order placement to delivery and billing. Youll play a crucial role in optimizing business processes resolving complex customer issues and collaborating crossfunctionally to support our strategic business goals.

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Lead & Supervise: Oversee the endtoend OTC process and provide guidance to the customer service team.
  • Develop Policies & Procedures: Establish customer service best practices that align with business unit (BU) strategies and enhance satisfaction.
  • ProblemSolve and Innovate: Investigate and resolve nonroutine customer issues such as order discrepancies delivery delays and service concerns.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance customer service workflows including order entry inventory tracking and billing processes.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with supply chain IT sales and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer & System Support: Work with customers and IT teams to implement solutions manage consignment programs and ensure data accuracy.
  • Budget & Compliance Oversight: Assist in budget planning SAP compliance and financial processes ensuring alignment with company policies.

Qualifications :

What You Bring (Skills & Qualifications):

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in customer service supply chain or related fields.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and supervising teams.
Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in SAP Excel and other business systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a positive teamoriented approach is key!
Ability to drive process improvements and think strategically beyond the customer service function.
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving operational excellence.
