Job Description
Position title: Retail Manager
Basic Salary: RM5000 RM 6000 Commission
Job Description
Store Operations
- Oversee the daytoday operation in the store.
- Training and supervising staff to ensure they understand and adhere to operational standards.
- Setting and achieving sales targets for the store.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
- Overseeing inventory levels and implementing strategies to optimize stock levels.
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Implementing Facebook marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store.
- Planning and optimizing the store layout to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Managing product displays promotions and pricing strategies to drive sales.
Project Management Roadshow / Exhibition
- Liaise with the mall management to participate the roadshow and facilitate the coordination of the roadshow procedure.
- Develop comprehensive roadshow/ exhibition plans including timelines budgets and resource requirements.
- Create and manage event budgets ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure costeffective services and products.
- Oversee onsite event operations including setup and coordination of staff.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
- At least 5 years of working experience as Retail Manager.
- Preferably candidate from Retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations including sales inventory management merchandising staff management and customer service.
- Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Good communication skill in English & Mandarin.
