Job Description
Responsibility
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth and profitability.
- Provide expert financial guidance to the executive leadership team.
- Oversee longterm financial planning including risk assessment and mitigation.
Financial Management:
- Lead the budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Manage cash flow optimize working capital and oversee treasury operations.
Operational Oversight:
- Spearhead financial reporting ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Establish and monitor key financial metrics and KPIs.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance processes.
Team Leadership:
- Build lead and mentor a highperforming finance team.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive operational efficiency.
- Liaise with external auditors regulatory bodies and financial institutions.
- Communicate financial performance to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; CPA ACCA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive financial leadership experience with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record in financial planning analysis and strategic management.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory frameworks in Singapore or Malaysia.
- Experience working in a multinational company or complex organizational structures is an advantage.
