Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Manager to lead data initiatives and foster a datadriven culture within the organization. This hybrid role requires strong leadership and expertise in data governance engineering and analytics to enhance public services and community outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide data analysts and implement the organizations data roadmap.
- Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with departments to identify data needs and promote datadriven decisionmaking.
- Develop data pipelines and conduct advanced data analysis using machine learning techniques.
- Design comprehensive reports and dashboards for effective data communication.
Key Technical Skills:
- Background in data engineering data science and BI report development.
- Proven experience in data governance and business intelligence.
- Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (ideally Power BI).
- Excellent project management skills with a successful track record.
