Job Description
What would you do
- Oversees the implementation of projects and programs with clients
- Set goals and guidelines coordinate with other departments and delegate duties.
- Map out plans and develop strategies to optimize operations.
- Daily followup with Deployment Experts/Specialists/Consultants and Solutions Engineers to ensure all deployment Milestones are achieved.
- Lead highimpact/important projects acting as project manager together with the team assigned.
- Handle and allocate resources across projects based on priorities schedules budgets etc.
- Work with Solutions and Customer Success to ensure functional and technical scopes are organized and without surprises.
- Standardize and consolidate best practices and processes across departments to enhance project management and delivery.
- Track and report on deployment metrics developing plans to continually optimize deployment times.
- Establish a common project culture through communication and training in techniques methods and best practices.
- Create project archives and managing tools: Provide administrative support and invest in project management tools and software to scale operations efficiently.
Your experience has been shaped by
- Proven experience in project management and leadership.
- Previous experience designing and executing important projects with clients.
- Experience guiding Project Managers through implementation processes.
- Experience in managing ecommerce and/or logistics projects (desirable).
- Knowledge of project management tools like Jira.
Your SuperPowers
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English or Spanish.
- Exceptional relationshipbuilding and customer service abilities.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum Waterfall).
- Ability to quickly learn about our product
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
