Job Description
Job Title: Mail Clerk
Location: Greater Rochester NY Area
Rate: $16 per hr.
Category: Mail Room/Customer Service
Position Overview
Our client a Global Financial Services company is seeking a detail oriented Mail Clerk.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Mail Clerk to join the team at our client. In this role you will work independently to support key operational functions ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining highquality service standards. This position may require occasional overtime to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily return mail by logging it into the system and preparing outgoing packages.
- Validate business addresses by calling clients as needed.
- Deliver exceptional service to the companys clients through phone email chat and other communication channels.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of tasks and processes.
- Perform data entry with a focus on accuracy and prioritization.
- Use systems and software packages such as HRIS Salesforce Flex and ORS.
- Support other data entry tasks as required.
- Handle packages and materials including the ability to lift 1020 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow prescribed guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with customer service processes is a plus.
- Experience using business software such as HRIS or Salesforce is desirable.
