Job Description
Position Title : Laravel Technical Architect
Location: Thiruvananthapuram
Employment Type: Contract/Freelancing/Fulltime
Immediate joiner preferred.
About the Role :
We are seeking a Laravel Technical Architect with expertise in ERP and accounting systems to lead the design and development of our School ERP platform. The ideal candidate will possess indepth experience with Laravel and demonstrate the ability to architect complex systems create scalable database designs and manage the entire development lifecycle. Experience with School ERP systems is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities :
System Architecture
Design and define the architecture for School ERP and accounting modules.
Create scalable secure and highperforming system frameworks.
Database Design
Develop efficient normalized database structures to support ERP modules such as HR Finance Academics and Admissions.
Ensure database designs support scalability and future extensibility.
Development Leadership
Guide the development team in implementing best practices using Laravel.
Lead technical discussions and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Performance Optimization
Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to improve speed and reliability.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the production environment.
Team Mentorship
Provide mentorship to junior developers and foster technical growth within the team.
Conduct code reviews and ensure highquality deliverables.
Qualifications :
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Laravel framework and PHP development.
Experience in architecting ERP systems especially in school or accounting domains.
Proficiency in database design and management (MySQL PostgreSQL).
Experience with frontend technologies (Blade jQuery Bootstrap).
Handson experience with RESTful APIs and thirdparty integrations.
Familiarity with AWS Docker or similar cloud and containerization technologies.
Knowledge of industrystandard security practices (e.g. encryption authentication data protection).
Experience
5 years of professional experience in Laravel development.
2 years of experience in a Technical Architect role.
Experience in developing and managing School ERP systems is highly preferred.
Familiarity with accounting software or financerelated modules is a plus.
