Job Description
Minimum Required Experience
- Five (5) years of direct Project Management experience with fired heater construction for the refining industry (API 560).
- Familiarity with design standards such as ASME API NFPA AWS ASTM ASCE PIP and AISC
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving subcontract fabrication and equipment procurement
- Proven track record of strong customer service skills
- Proven track record of time management and organizational skills
- Proven track record of budget management skills
- Familiarity with industry construction materials tolerances codes specifications and design guidelines
Desired Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferably mechanical chemical or civil (structural)
- Design engineering of heat transfer equipment (fired heaters boilers heat exchangers etc.) and/or combustion equipment (FRNC5)
- Programming skills in Excel/VBA
- Experience with CFD or FEA (ANSYS)
- Experience with structural engineering (RISA CAESAR II)
- Experience with 3D design and drafting (SOLIDWORKS TEKLA STRUCTURES)
