Hotel Operations Manager

Salary: £45000 £55000 annually

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and financial plans while maximizing revenue and minimizing expenses.
- Recruit train and develop hotel staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to drive improvements in service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the facility.
- Coordinate with different departments including housekeeping front desk and kitchen to maintain smooth operations.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract guests.
- Perform regular inspections of the premises to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues effectively in a timely manner.
- Create a welcoming environment that enhances guest experience and encourages repeat visits.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial planning.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
Desired Experience
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
- Experience in delivering exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
- Experience in developing and implementing hotel strategies that improve performance.
