Job Description

Tasks

  • Provide firstlevel technical support to end users for hardware and software issues ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the setup configuration and maintenance of desktops laptops printers and other peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
  • Log and track incidents using a ticketing system escalating complex issues to highertier support when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless deskside support services contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation of support activities including troubleshooting steps and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a technical support or helpdesk role preferably in a deskside support environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating reliability and a commitment to teamwork.
