Job Description

GENERAL MANAGER
Location: Lansing MI
Direct Hire Full Time Onsite reporting to the CEO
We are looking for a General Manager who has experience with operations and laboratory oversight. The main items the GM will be responsible for are the oversing the lab sales and business strategy. P&L resonsibilities and ensuring overall compliance with regulations of the state and federal.
  1. Are you selfmotivated highenergy and will perform in a high demand performancedriven environment
  2. Do you have leadership experience and skills to gain trust and crediability with the team
  3. Are your personal core values honestly and integrity
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in related field or 7 years of direct related experience
  • 5 years of direct related experience in operations and laboratory
  • Proven experience in growing sales and operations leadership
