Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Architect/Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AEM and expertise in implementing and customizing solutions for enterpriselevel digital experiences. The candidate will be responsible for designing developing and deploying AEMbased solutions while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure highquality deliverables and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex AEMbased solutions ensuring high performance scalability and maintainability.
  • Architect endtoend solutions in AEM that include web content management digital asset management personalization and ecommerce integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals.
  • Develop custom components workflows templates and services within AEM.
  • Perform system integration with thirdparty applications and services.
  • Implement security protocols including authentication and authorization within AEM.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AEM developers.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing code reviews and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AEMrelated issues optimizing performance and user experience.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest Adobe Experience Manager trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 710 years of handson experience in AEM development with at least 35 years in an architecture role.
  • AEM Expertise: Extensive experience with AEM components workflows templates Sling JCR CRX and the AEM platform (including AEM Sites AEM Assets AEM Forms and AEM Commerce).
  • Development Skills: Strong proficiency in Java HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frontend technologies (React Angular etc.).
  • Technical Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and working with crossfunctional teams including business analysts designers and QA.
  • Integration Knowledge: Experience with integrating AEM with other systems such as CRM ERP and thirdparty marketing tools.
  • Cloud and DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and experience with DevOps tools and processes for CI/CD in AEM environments.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical challenges.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
  • Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or related technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
