Job Description
- Establish and monitor agile practices in tribes and squads. Ensure adherence to serum processes and maintain tools such as Jira.
- Promote team selforganization through training and guidance on topics such as user stories backlog management and agile mindset.
- Planning and moderation of scrum events
- Measure team progress build KPs and analyze agile metrics for continuous optimization. Monitor team velocity to improve sprint planning.
- Identification and removal of obstacles
- On and offboarding: organization and support of new team members.
- Several years of experience as a serum master ideally in agile large projects or scaled frameworks (e.g. SAFe LeSS).
- Sound knowledge of agile methods and practices including coaching skills.
- Experience working with agile metrics KPs and tools like Jira.
- communication skills moderation skills and assertiveness.
- Ability to promote teams in their selforganization and to proactively remove obstacles.
