We are seeking a certified Master Carpenter (SchreinerMeister) with a minimum of two years of experience in carpentry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in designing constructing and repairing wooden structures and furniture while leading projects and ensuring highquality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design construct and repair wooden structures furniture and fixtures according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and project plans.
- Select prepare and assemble materials to meet quality standards.
- Operate and maintain woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Apply finishes stains and protective coatings to complete projects.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
- Supervise and train apprentices or junior carpenters ensuring adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients contractors and project teams to deliver projects on time.
- Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of materials project timelines and work progress.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certified Master Carpenter (SchreinerMeister) (mandatory).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry or woodworking.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools machinery and materials.
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to highquality work.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and handle heavy materials.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and best practices.
