We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Carpenter / Parquet Floorer (ParkettlegerMeister) with a minimum of two years of experience in carpentry and parquet flooring. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the installation repair and maintenance of parquet and other flooring systems ensuring highquality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install repair and maintain parquet flooring and other types of wooden flooring systems.
- Measure cut and fit materials to meet project specifications and design requirements.
- Prepare subfloors and surfaces to ensure proper installation.
- Apply finishes stains and sealants to enhance and protect flooring.
- Inspect and assess flooring conditions providing recommendations for repairs or replacements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and design plans.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients contractors and project managers to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain and care for tools equipment and materials.
- Train and supervise junior carpenters or apprentices as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certified Master Carpenter / Parquet Floorer (ParkettlegerMeister) (mandatory).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry parquet flooring or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of flooring installation techniques tools and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Strong problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in carpentry.
