Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Rodenbaughs Flooring America Kitchen Bed and Bath. The ideal candidate will be organized detailoriented and have excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the office including managing administrative tasks scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication Train and supervise office staff including receptionists and administrative assistants Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity Manage and maintain office budget including tracking expenses and negotiating with vendors Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records Plan and organize company events and meetings Manage office equipment and technology including troubleshooting any issues and coordinating repairs Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Other duties as assigned by upper management Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of HR procedures and regulations is a plus Previous experience in the home improvement industry is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including health insurance paid time off and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
