Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field is preferred.
Proven experience in IT support network administration or a similar role.
Strong expertise in managing and troubleshooting MikroTik routers.
Strong expertise in Network monitoring tools.
Experience with various ISPs and understanding of different networking technologies and protocols.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of working effectively with various departments and external providers.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting issues with various Internet Service Providers ensuring consistent connectivity and resolving service interruptions swiftly.
Continuously oversee network systems to detect anomalies or performance issues.
Manage and configure MikroTik routers including setup maintenance and troubleshooting to optimize network performance and security.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of processes system configurations and network settings to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
Respond to investigate and resolve IT complaints ensuring timely and effective solutions to technical problems encountered by endusers.
Oversee the incident management process including monitoring reporting and resolving incidents while minimizing impact on business operations.
Coordinate with multiple ISPs to follow up on pending issues drive resolution and negotiate timely outcomes to meet business needs.
Continuously assess system performance recommend improvements and implement enhancements to boost efficiency and reliability.
Identification of blindspots and handover setting from various wifi Bssid
Collaboration with multidimension teams to assess their needs and optimise their network throughput.
