Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in network operations or a related field
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in IT support network administration or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in managing and troubleshooting MikroTik routers.
- Strong expertise in Network monitoring tools.
- Experience with various ISPs and understanding of different networking technologies and protocols.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of working effectively with various departments and external providers.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting issues with various Internet Service Providers ensuring consistent connectivity and resolving service interruptions swiftly.
- Continuously oversee network systems to detect anomalies or performance issues.
- Manage and configure MikroTik routers including setup maintenance and troubleshooting to optimize network performance and security.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of processes system configurations and network settings to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Respond to investigate and resolve IT complaints ensuring timely and effective solutions to technical problems encountered by endusers.
- Oversee the incident management process including monitoring reporting and resolving incidents while minimizing impact on business operations.
- Coordinate with multiple ISPs to follow up on pending issues drive resolution and negotiate timely outcomes to meet business needs.
- Continuously assess system performance recommend improvements and implement enhancements to boost efficiency and reliability.
- Identification of blindspots and handover setting from various wifi Bssid
- Collaboration with multidimension teams to assess their needs and optimise their network throughput.
