We are seeking a Data Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). You will lead the design development and implementation of our customer identity strategy across AdTech platforms in compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise standards. In this role you will be instrumental in architecting an innovative identity solution that enhances personalized customer experiences and drives targeted advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will apply their expertise in customer data platforms identity graphs and universal identifiers to create a unified view of our customers enabling precise ad targeting and activation
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in management information systems/technology Computer Science Engineering or related discipline. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- 10 years of experience in an information technology solutions architecture role.
- Proven experience evaluating implementing and integrating enterpriselevel CIAM CDP and CRM solutions.
- 5 years working experience in a digital marketing or ecommerce environment.
- 5 years of handson relational dimensional and/or analytic experience (using RDBMS dimensional NoSQL data platform technologies and ETL and data ingestion protocols).
- 5 years of experience with database development and scripting.
- 3 years of experience working in customer identity management and have a strong background in identity management protocols (OAuth OpenID Connect SAML).
- Extensive experience in AdTech with a proven track record of designing and implementing largescale ad delivery systems. Familiarity with AdTech platforms (e.g. Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager The Trade Desk) and their integration with CRM and CDP.
- Deep understanding of customer data lifecycle including identity resolution consent management and segmentation.
- Indepth knowledge of customer data platforms identity graphs and universal identifiers.
- Strong understanding of cookie technology and its implications for digital marketing.
- Experience with CDP platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Platform Epsilon Salesforce CDP).
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics).
