Were looking for a Sales Manager USA to join us on this exciting journey. This is a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the USA and we need someone with a strong foundation in the FX space an existing client book and the drive to make a real impact in this fastevolving landscape.

Tasks

  • Lead the charge in expanding Juicyways market presence across the USA leveraging your deep knowledge of the FX industry and a strong client book to drive new business and partnerships.
  • Drive strategic growth by building and managing a robust sales pipeline using cold calling networking LinkedIn outreach and attending key industry events.
  • Consultative selling: Engage with senior decisionmakers providing tailored payment and liquidity solutions to businesses facing crossborder payment challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with our Engineering Product Customer Support and Marketing teams to ensure clients get the best solutions for their unique needs.
  • Own the sales process from prospecting to closure nurturing relationships at every stage and helping clients realize the benefits of Juicyways transformative platform.
  • Exceed targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals with clear and competitive rewards for exceptional performance.
  • Act as a brand ambassador advocating for Juicyways mission and values and positioning our platform as a gamechanging solution in the FX and payments space.

Requirements

  • 5 years of sales experience in the FX space with a proven track record of success and an existing client book to leverage.
  • A deep understanding of the FX landscape and crossborder payment solutions with the ability to sell consultatively and craft tailored solutions.
  • Experience in engaging and managing relationships with senior decisionmakers navigating complex sales processes and closing highvalue deals.
  • A passion for Juicyways mission and a drive to bring the benefits of global participation to African businesses and people.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to break down complex concepts into clear actionable insights for clients.
  • A resilient entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to sales and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.
  • A team player mentality with the ability to collaborate across departments and provide valuable insights into product and strategy development.
