An Employer of Record (EOR) service provider that supports companies operating in Africa with outsourced employment solutions is recruiting for a Sales Manager.
The company is based in Mauritius or it can be remotely from the candidate s home country of residence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market segments and regions where EOR services can be introduced.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and compliance teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and competitor analysis to senior management.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of proven experience in sales within the Employer of Record (EOR) or global workforce solutions industry.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales pipelines.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of EOR services global workforce compliance and international payroll solutions.
- Sales Skills: Exceptional negotiation presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field (preferred).
