Job Description
Our client an investment company is looking for the IT Manager to join the team.
Location: Limassol (CY)
Type: office fulltime
Start date: ASAP
About the Role:
As an IT Manager you will lead and responsible for establishing and improving IT infrastructure processes and strategic IT management for a family office with around 60 70 employees.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing IT assets
- Establishing access management
- Develop IT operational processes
- Build an IT team from scratch
- Strategically help the company develop its IT infrastructure
- Provide dedicated IT consulting
- Strategic Planning
- Team Management
- System Maintenance
- Vendor and Stakeholder Relations
- Support and Troubleshooting
- Project Management
- Policy Development
Requirements:
- Management experience with direct team supervision
- Experience working with mature IT infrastructures
- Understanding security policies
- Capability to strategically support company IT infrastructure development
- Experience with Microsoft infrastructure Active Directory Google Workspace Linux/Unix systems
- Cloud services (Proxmox cloud deployments)
- Expertise in Vulnerability Management and Change Management
- Strong Intermediate level of English
