Job Description
Turner & Townsend are looking for Project Manager to join our awardwinning for Bangalore cost center growing project management team working within Turner & Townsends team.
There is long term secured frameworks with national and regional organizations within the following sectors Warehouse B2B supply chain & logistics distribution centre
The right candidate will have the opportunity to progress within our business and receive a competitive salary. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate consultancy experience.
Role within the project:
- base building of ELV / MEP/ IT / AV / Security projects
- Involved From Concept to Completion and Responsible for (MEP Services) Electrical HVAC Fire Fighting Fire Alarm Building Management System CCTV and Access control design with below Key Factor in ENTER LIFE CYCLE of Project.
- To lead Project Management Commissions taking responsibility for end to end service delivery.
- To provide support on major Project Management Commissions taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery.
- To ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
- Managed Vendor & Contracting firm on Mixed development NOC on Installation Testing & Commissioning followed by Maintenance of ELV / AV / ICT / MEP / SECURITY Systems.
Scope
Project Managers handle commissions of varying sizes depending upon the complexity of the project etc. Typically projects fall within the Rs5cr to Rs10cr range. When in a supporting role the project size may be far greater.
Responsibilities:
- Design management
- Consultant appointment
- Commercial / budget management
- Team management
- Risk management
- Coordination with the site team
Reporting
- Depending upon context a Project Manager is likely to report to a Senior Project Manager

Qualifications :
- Education B.E/ B.Tech Mechanical/ Electrical
- Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage.
- You should have relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills.
- 8 12 years of postqualification experience in similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
