Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machining centers. Performs machine adjustments and troubleshoots controllers machines and processes.
- Proficient in use of CNC lathe machines (C and Y axis) using jaws of various sizes Collets (16C and 5C). Ideally experienced with running Okuma and FANUC controls but not required.
- Works from blueprint requirements. Select Tools Set Feeds and Speeds.
- Run multiple machines when cycle time reasonable permits while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Perform inspection of machined parts using precision hand tools.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Maintains a clean work environment and Shop Floor (Tools Equipment Machines etc.) Reorders tools as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 23 years Experience in CNC Lathe Setup and Operations
Required Citizenship / Work Permit / Visa Status
