Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team specializing in railway systems. As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the planning coordination and execution of the Project the Bangkok Orange Line. Egis will provide design services related to Railway Systems and your will assist the Project Manager in delivering the Project successfully both on coordination aspects and technical aspects.
- Project Support: Provide assistance to the Project Manager and Senior Engineers in the planning scheduling and execution of railway system projects.
- Technical Analysis: Conduct technical analysis and evaluations to assess the performance and reliability of railway systems including signaling Rolling Stock electrification communication systems platform screen doors operation control system and track switches.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation of project documentation including engineering drawings specifications reports and proposals.
- Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers technicians and public authorities to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and safety protocols in all project activities.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with clients stakeholders and regulatory authorities to address project requirements and resolve issues effectively.
- Training and Development: Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through training programs and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering
- Masters degree is a plus.
- Entry level graduate or 12 years of work experience
- Analytical mindset with problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Quick learner to be autonomous and proactive attitude anticipating issued and preparing in advance
- A keen eye and attention to detail with good analytical skill and ability to summarise key and salient points
- Ability to work in an international context Good level of English and Thai (speaking & writing)
- Ability to work under pressure with good working attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
