We re hiring an experienced Onsite Field Technician to provide toptier IT support in Bangkok Thailand
This role requires to commute two sites within 15km for work on different day in Bangkok Thailand
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues manage Windows 10 systems using SCCM and support mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- IMAC Activities: Handle installations moves additions and changes for workplace devices and printers.
- Incident Management: Use ITSM tools to track and resolve tickets within SLA timelines.
- Inventory & Logistics: Manage stock vendor RMAs and device shipments.
- Onsite & Remote Support: Provide technical assistance in person and remotely including occasional travel to smaller locations.
Required Skills
- Experience: 3 years in desktop and handson IT support.
- Skills: CompTIA A MCP certification ITSM tools excellent troubleshooting
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Valid workpermit holder in Thailand. Permanent resident or Citizens of Thailand are preferred.
- Must able to travel between two sites within 15km in Bangkok city Thailand.
