Job Title: Junior Insurance Broker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Insurance Broker to join our team. In this role you will provide essential support in the placement of individual insurance policies handling administrative tasks documentation and backoffice operations. You will work closely with senior brokers and clients to ensure smooth and efficient policy management ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the placement and renewal of individual insurance policies including auto home travel etc.
- Prepare and process insurance documentation including quotes policy endorsements and renewal notices.
- Maintain accurate records and client files in the companys management systems.
- Support senior brokers in obtaining and reviewing policy quotations from insurance providers.
- Communicate with clients to gather required documentation and information for policy issuance.
- Handle daytoday administrative tasks such as data entry filing and email correspondence.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments renewals and claims.
- Assist with backoffice tasks including policy updates and cancellations and other operational support.
- Ensure all documentation and client communications comply with regulatory and company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing queries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with insurance products is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
- Prior administrative experience is preferred; insurance industry experience is a bonus.
- Strong work ethic problemsolving abilities and a willingness to learn.
Education & Experience:
- University diploma or equivalent (required).
- Broking License is a plus.
- Previous experience in insurance or administrative support is an advantage but not required.
