Description
- Develop detailed completion plans tailored to reservoir and well conditions ensuring optimal production and recovery rates.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies materials and methodologies for well completion and workover.
- Perform feasibility studies risk assessments and technical reviews.
- Supervise and monitor completion activities onsite ensuring alignment with approved plans and safety standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution including drilling engineers production teams and contractors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during execution phases to minimize downtime and optimize costs.
- Prepare cost estimates budgets and schedules for completion projects.
- Continuously evaluate project performance and apply lessons learned to improve future projects.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and present technical documentation including completion procedures operational updates and postcompletion reports.
Requirement
- Minimum with Bachelors or higher degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in drilling and completion engineering.
- Strong knowledge of drilling engineering well completion techniques and reservoir engineering principles.
- Advanced proficiency in drilling and well design software.
- Possess IWCF/IADC Well Control certification or equivalent.
