Job Description
Job Title: Oracle Identity Access Management (OIM )Admin or Support Engineer
Work Location: Raleigh NC (Day one Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Must Have:
- OIM L3 level Support
- Oracle Identity Manager 12C
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for OIM administration including application onboarding account reconciliations job monitoring release deployments user & system account provisioning and entitlement setup.
- Handle requests and incident through ticketing queues within ServiceNow.
- Complete user stories assigned to an iteration within Rally. Participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
- Running of jobs monitoring and resolving exceptions.
- Handling production incidents and support requests within our SLA. Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues and escalate as necessary.
- Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures (Runbook) in SharePoint.
