Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and decisive industryfocused Product Management Lead for Energy Utilities & Resources to join our global RnD team. This critical role requires a unique blend of functional product management skills specifically around EAM Asset Lifecycle Management Mobile Workforce Management Capital Projects coupled with deep industry knowledge in the utilities space. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker a strong communicator and a handson leader who can work crossfunctionally to deliver innovative solutions while working closely with a team of product managers and businessunit leads. In this role you need to be located in the United States.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 10 years of product management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the technology software or related industries.
  • Deep industry knowledge of Energy & Utilities
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into successful products.
  • Functional knowledge and experience across ERP EAM ALM and MWM
