Job Description

As an Operations Specialist you will support our mission by focusing on effective financial oversight reporting and management of procurement activities for the NA Region.
Duties:
- Effectively manage the invoicing and procurement activities for the region including liaising with the Accounts Payable Team and other key business strategic partners.
- Provides support to the NA Team during the budgeting cycle.
- Provides support with effective cost center oversight including monthly reviews of the regions financial performance.
- Provides support with monthly closing reports including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Maintains financial integrity by following established procedures policies and internal controls.
- Provides support on commercial lease management and renewals including processing lease cost changes and recurring payment requests.
- Provides support to the Capital expenditure process including budget initiation cost tracking reporting and project closures.
- Support Project Managers with SAP capital projects setup reporting capitalization closure and Smartsheet tracking also back up Project Managers with PPM Capex sanctioning and governance.
- Solve end to end system issues for stakeholders to remove bottlenecks in capital execution.
Qualifications :
- College diploma or university degree in Business Finance related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of budgeting cycles invoicing accounting procurement management and procurement systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft programs and applications (Power Point Excel Word etc.).
- Financial Acuity.
- SAP / Ariba.
