Qualification:
Diploma certificate
Minimum 1 to 2 years in the fitness industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging group fitness classes for all skill levels ensuring a fun and motivating atmosphere to enhance member retention.
- Deliver classes according to a structured schedule and company standards maintaining professionalism and punctuality.
- Guide and demonstrate the correct use of fitness equipment and exercises to maximize the benefits of group training.
- Observe and adapt workouts based on members fitness levels physical conditions and overall health to provide personalized support.
- Build strong positive relationships with members to increase satisfaction and encourage longterm engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and recommend new class formats and training techniques to management.
- Provide emergency first aid including CPR if needed ensuring a safe workout environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized training space ensuring all equipment is in top condition and properly stored after use.
- Keep accurate attendance records to track class participation and identify trends for continuous improvement.
- Enforce safety guidelines and proper equipment usage to prevent accidents and injuries during sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team to support gym operations and member experience.
