Become a key part of our Electrical Solutions Business and lead the Mechanical Design team focused on the advancement of nextgeneration heat pumps that pave the way to a greener future.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Group Leader to lead superstructure and packaging projects. In this exciting role you will drive cuttingedge innovations in heat pump design support business and people development. For that you will lead:
- Strategy Development define the future modular strategy and architecture in alignment with the business vision and product needs;
- Team Leadership guide and ensure the development of the team and their competences as well as execute all HR related processes;
- Product Roadmap Improvement define the roadmap of the modules to meet the portfolio requirements and to improve cost;
- Cross functional teams collaboration ensure alignment and promote collaboration with stakeholders such as the appliance development teams purchasing quality manufacturing and industrial design.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
Experience: Proven experience in leading a development team and mechanical engineering projects. Experience in driving organizational development and process improvement initiatives;
Knowledge: Good understanding of modular design and architecture;
Working Style: strategic dynamic and structured work style with a problemsolving mindset. Ability to lead improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross divisional teams;
Personality: proactive and people oriented with an empathic and assertive communication style. Interested in working in an international set up with ability to adapt and influence;
Languages: very good knowledge and communication in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
