Job Description
MW Partners is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- CrossFunctional Coordination: Work closely with distributed engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
- Work Prioritization: Manage weekoverweek work priorities for a data engineering team ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Project Management: Utilize tools like Atlassian Jira Asana and Microsoft 365 products to manage and track project progress create documentation and report to leadership.
- Roadmap Management: Maintain multiple project roadmaps ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
- Communication: Facilitate asynchronous communication across teams in different time zones ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Technical Translation: Translate business requirements into technical requirements and effectively communicate these to less technical team members discussing tradeoffs when necessary.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with engineers engineering managers product managers and business leaders to ensure project success.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor and report on improvements to operational efficiency providing regular updates to team leaders.
Requirements:
- Minimum four year bachelors degree.
- Management Professional (PMP) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar certifications are a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Minimum of four years in a technical role with handson experience in data engineering or related fields.
- Tools Familiarity: Proficiency with Atlassian Jira Asana and Microsoft 365 products. Experience with web authoring JavaScript and REST APIs is a plus.
- Domain Experience: Prior experience with graph identity platforms SQL AWS Elastic MapReduce (EMR) payment fraud software exploits information technology networking or cybersecurity is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar certifications are a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Remote Work Capability: Ability to effectively communicate with other remote teams across time zones
